- Responsible for all administration of FreeBSD and Windows 2003 servers in California and Washington Kept all applications and operating systems up to date. Replaced tape backup with an rsync solution. Secured IMAP, POP, and SMTP with SSL. Replaced existing FTP solution with SCP.
- Security manager for internal and external network. Secured ports with Netscreen and established VPN for remote employees on various platforms. Migrated network to a wireless ISP, improving speed and reliability. Audited the network's security on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for the LAN and all employee IT needs. Kept track of all installed applications on all Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Macintosh OSX desktops and laptops. Gained control of domains from registrars on behalf of customers. Set up customer email addresses and provided customer technical support for any email problems.
